Online and in person as covid restrictions dictate.


Pregnancy is a time to put yourself first as you undertake the biggest transformation you will ever go through as a woman.  Looking after your body will help you navigate pregnancy and birth, helping you to be healthy in mind and body.  And with the recent advice to stay away from public places, you can't stop what makes you feel good and feel better.

As a new mum, its of most importance to look after yourself.  You cannot nurture others, if you don't nurture yourself.

And it's so easy to forget to look after yourself when you become a mama.


Operation:Mama yoga classes are here to help you to put yourself first.   Yoga will strengthen your body and mind, it will help your body to prepare, and recover, from birth.
