Pregnancy is a time to put yourself first as you undertake the biggest transformation you will ever go through as a woman.  Looking after your body will help you navigate pregnancy and birth, helping you to be healthy in mind and body.

As a new mum, its of most importance to look after yourself.  You cannot nurture others, if you don't nurture yourself.

And it's so easy to forget to look after yourself when you become a mama.
