I'm a mum of two gorgeous boys and I'm here to help as many people as possible live a life free from pain, whether that is physical or emotional pain.  I know yoga can help your body and your mind in so many ways, and it can help you too.

Life, for me, is about being kind to yourself, to others, and the planet.  To be a positive contribution to this world and universe, not a drain on it nor disease.  This life is wonderful, with much to be grateful for, but we must go within to understand our power.

Yoga will bring you the power to open your heart and your mind, to improve your wellbeing overall as well as the physical benefits.  I've been practising yoga for many years and am a qualified pre and post natal yoga teacher, aiming to spread the magic of yoga to as many mamas as possible.
