PREGNANCY YOGA CLASSES

If you are in your 2nd or 3rd trimester then my classes are for you!  I usually teach in Leeds and in Wakefield but am now live and online so you can join my classes from anywhere.  

I've got 2 children and yoga has seen me through my pregnancy and births.  I've been practising yoga for many years and I want to support you throughout your pregnancy to nurture yourself and nurture your baby from within.  You can feel confident and comfortable that an experienced Yogi and a qualified pregnancy yoga teacher is teaching you.

Classes are held every Monday at 7pm at St Andrews Hall in Morley and Online via Zoom at the same time.  Booking is essential.
