If you are in your 2nd or 3rd trimester then my classes are for you!  I usually teach in Leeds and in Wakefield but am now live and online so you can join my classes from anywhere.  

I've got 2 children and yoga has seen me through my pregnancy and births.  I've been practising yoga for many years and I want to support you throughout your pregnancy to nurture yourself and nurture your baby from within.  You can feel confident and comfortable that an experienced Yogi and a qualified pregnancy yoga teacher is teaching you.

Live, online classes via Zoom need to be booked in advance.

Classes are Thursday 715pm and Sunday 10am, all you need is a yoga mat and/or blanket and a cushion.
