If you are in your 2nd or 3rd trimester then my classes are for you!  I teach in Leeds and in Wakefield.  

I've got 2 children and yoga has seen me through my pregnancy and births.  I've been practising yoga for many years and I want to support you throughout your pregnancy to nurture yourself and nurture your baby from within.  You can feel confident and comfortable that an experienced Yogi and a qualified pregnancy yoga teacher is teaching you.
